Blue Grouse Wine Cellars Product Warranty Information
At Blue Grouse Wine Cellars, we pride ourselves on providing quality wine racks, cooling units and other wine storage-related items to our clients. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to return an item, please refer to the details below and then let us know, via our Warranty Claim & Returns Form. We promise to respond to all form submissions within 2 business days.
Cancelling an Order, Reporting an Issue or Requesting a Return
Orders for stock items can be cancelled and refunded, provided the product has not yet shipped. Any made-to-order product that has already been put into production cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the individual product listings to determine the status of the product(s) you have ordered.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Reporting Damage, Missing Items or Requesting a Return
Customers have 3 weeks from receipt of their shipment to report damage, missing items or request a return. Claims or requests for return after 3 weeks will not be accepted. We strongly encourage customers to inspect their order as immediately as possible after delivery.
When receiving a package, if the packaging is noticeably damaged please make a note of this with the courier company upon delivery. You can further inspect contents afterwards. Oftentimes, packaging may show signs of damage but the contents within will be intact. Please do not refuse delivery.
Provided notice is given within 3 weeks of delivery, if a product is damaged or parts are missing, they will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
Provided notice is given within 3 weeks of delivery, stock items can be returned and will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping-related costs. Customers will also be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
All refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

Some items are warrantied directly by Blue Grouse Wine Cellars. Other items, such as wine cellar cooling units, are warrantied by their specific manufacturer. The length of the warranty and items covered, vary by product and manufacturer.
Please complete the Warranty Claim & Returns Form to make a warranty claim. If your warranty claim is with a manufacturer, other than Blue Grouse Wine Cellars, we will pass this information along to that manufacturer and they will follow up with you directly.
