Using floor-and-ceiling mounting frames but want to tie back to the wall at the top or bottom of the frame? Purchase this pair of wall standoff brackets.
These brackets can be used at the top of the mounting frame for any overall frame height. For using at the bottom of a frame, 60" is the tallest vertical span they can support, unless an extension bracket is added at the middle joint of the floor-to-ceiling frame.
Simply cut off the standard mounting plate from your floor-to-ceiling frame and insert these brackets to the hollow tube. Note that they are sold in pairs so if you wish to change the mounting at the ceiling OR floor only, one pair needs to be purchased. If you wish to change the mounting at the ceiling AND floor, you will need to purchase two pairs.
