This product is warrantied by Vinopro.

Vinopro wine fridges have a one year, full system warranty (calculated from date of delivery). The compressor is warrantied for a further two years, for three years in total.

Should your Vinopro wine fridge fail or not function properly during the warranty period, please complete our Warranty Claim Form with the relevant details. All costs for labour and parts (and the shipping of parts) will be covered during the warranty period. Please note that you will be responsible for unloading/reloading wine bottles, if necessary.

Before making a warranty claim, please ensure you have ruled out outside issues such as electrical connection failure in your home.
